This is a collection of photographs taken by M. E. "Newt" Newton during his time
of service with the 497th FIS and includes pictures at Geiger Field AFB,
Spokane, WA, Torrejon Air Base and Sidi Slimane , Morocco, North Africa.
There are several men who we were not able to identify but hopefully someone
will recognize them and provide us with names.
